| Scott hails from a farming background in South Africa but now finds himself at home on the sea. A professional yachtsman for eight years, Scott has sailed extensively in the US, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Baltic and South East Asia. His sailing qualifications include MCA Master 200gt and Chief Mate 3000gt Licences. Scott’s interests include kite surfing, fly fishing and free diving.

| Simone Maus, a lively fun loving, hard working, outgoing ray of sunshine - every good yacht needs one! Born in former East Germany with a degree in Education and Sports, Simone always has a story to tell and a passion for travelling and people. Simone is on board Boo Too to make your day even more enjoyable. She will bring you a drink just as the thought pops into your head that it might be nice to have one and she'll make your bed and clean your stateroom while you are enjoying a swim or sunbathing on deck. And generally make your day a happier one. Simone is an experienced sailor and scuba diver and her interests include yoga, travelling, philosophy, and art.

Joni Knuuti

| Finnish born Joni started sailing at the age of 16 on a 3-mast gaff-rigged schooner before finishing his studies at the Finnish Seamen’s School. During those years he trained on many craft, both sail and motor. Coming from a commercial background, Joni is skilled in electronics and mechanical engineering and will keep Boo Too on the move. If you should happen to hear the tapping of fingers against a surface it’ll be his several years of playing the drums causing it … Joni likes to wakeboard and is a motorcycle enthusiast.

| Our delightful brown eyed gastronomic temptress. Jennifer is an excellent chef who will prepare delicious gourmet food to excite your taste buds and yet you will go home not a pound heavier (we are still trying to figure out how she does it!). As housekeeper she will do her very best to ensure you have everything you need and even all the things you didn't know you needed. Jennifer is a keen traveller and thrives on adventure and finding inspiration for her cooking. She is very sociable and loves the outdoor life. When not on board Jennifer can be found on the mountain slopes honing her snowboarding technique.
